Perspective Series: When to Let Go

We all have our quirks as writers – those little things we do that may not serve us in the long run. Maybe we research and outline in order to procrastinate writing the actual script. Maybe we use too much self deprecating humor when we pitch. Or maybe we keep rewriting a script for years and years, without writing anything new.

Letting go of a script that we love is never fun, but sometimes that’s just what you need to do. If you’ve been working on the same script for years at the expense of all your other projects, it’s time to set that one aside and begin something new. That script, and the rest of your portfolio, will thank you for it, trust us!

To help you sever that tie (at least temporarily), Roadmap has an awesome panel for you!

This 90 Minute Panel Will Cover:

  • The rewrite process
  • Marketability
  • Mindset and strategies
  • Live Q&A
